We have identified the posting and dissemination of false information, malicious slander, and defamation regarding our artist Hearts2Hearts.

We have initiated legal procedures to address this matter.

Fabricating untrue content or spreading baseless rumors based on unverified facts is a clear illegal act. We will respond firmly to such illegal activities without any leniency or settlement.

1. Most of the members are minors, and the youngest was born in 2010. I don’t understand why anyone would say something that could lead to a lawsuit against them. The K-pop world seems really strange and off.
2. It’s really a relief that SM is properly filing lawsuits these days.
3. When aespa debuted, the controversy and reactions were so intense that I had to defend them a lot, but now, with past examples where no one remembers, I just don’t care about those things anymore.
4. It seems like after giving Karina some leeway, they just kept pushing further, so now they’re taking legal action. Hopefully, the immature fans and the toxic people on Twitter and DC will quiet down.
5. It’s really suffocating to see such an announcement just two days after their debut in today’s world…
